Apologies for being late to the party, sometimes life just gets in the way 
Happy to see the return of Ming and Muff and a welcome to Trevor, the other 4 members are still in contract negotiations, with Monte waiting in the wings.
So if STATSMAN, carrot1960, jackboo and dunter1 could accept their offers by 6pm Saturday, on this thread, we can then confirm the line up of the former champions.
Feel free to banter, introduce yourselves and ask any questions on the format on here and as the late Ron Pickering would say "Away you go"

If memory serves me right then Ming is right, small winners are the key to this comp. I think the other thing is never be afraid to pick one on a wet Wednesday at Hexham. Too often teams end up with everyone leaving their selections to the last weekend, on the basis that 'a better one' will always come along and then find they have slim pickings. Another thing we used to do was give a couple of lines on why you fancy the horse. Completely unnecessary, but I always felt it may show up little tit bits others may not have noticed and made things a bit more interesting that just picking a Nap. |

2 darts thrown today, with no return. Early days yet. can I just ask that players post selections on here, as well as the selection thread. It just makes things easier to follow when it comes to having to pick wildcards

Finally some points on the board. Worth noting that 5 1.1 selections would have us top pf the league.
Looking for selections from THE MUFF FUFFLER dunter1 Monte Christo Comp rules are that selections need to be in by 3pm Team rules will be, if no selection is made by 1pm then wildcards will be deployed If anyone has any fancies (on a particularly uninspiring Saturday) for wildcards then shout up, otherwise I will select them for the team  |
