striding, what is your opinion on Fred 2.05 Ripon,3 yr old come off a gelding for Johnstone/ Norton, made that race between him and Hesselwood.ta
|
|
By:
Obviously fits his general profile Tangle.
A 3yo up in trip with a pedigree that suggests yes please has a taste of higher grade (though not seen out after GG which was final start as 2yo). Couple of wins in bank already. Race though I haven't delved too deep at first glance doesn't look that strong with only one runner placed lto. I couldn't put you off but first time out at a course that doesn't suit plenty on the flip side. |

By:
This is class 3 for the record his class 2's are very tepid results wise in first couple of runs of season for future reference.
|
|
By:
Further hope for you
His record from a small sample it has to be said of 3yo's returning to track in 3yo+hcps class 3 is 2-23 (2.71 expected) so no worthwhile sample of note. This season Frankels Storm obviously another frankel offspring came out first time in a class 3 3yo+ hcp at ponty with a big trip rise to win. |

Good morning all, hadn't expected to be giving a tip this early in the week but one I had my eye on goes in the 1445 hrs at Font.Came good over C & D a year ago and has looked as though running into form for a repeat, not a huge price but hope 3s or 7/2 to give some points on the board.

Greetings all toftl's - gl today glen hopefully this horse will perk you up a bit nothing like a winner for relasing the good endorphins.
Couple catching my eye at Kempton tonight but will probably hold off as just too many unknowns ie debut on AW etc. Will probably wait to see what Frank is riding later on in week before going all in ![]() |
|
By:
GL people whatever you decide I'm probably going to be much later in the week, have a possible notebooker friday but I'm not entirely happy it's in the right race so need to see what stands it's ground plus price near the time.

UL Glen long way to go.

By:
UL Stew with yesterday's pick, getting closer that winner is a real front running beast at the moment!

Slim pickings on choices for me so far this week there are definitely a couple of options on saturday and perhaps one tomorrow but I have yet to study the race in any detail.
A risky one today I have passed on is Stone Soldier in the 7:30 Chester. Interesting it was kept away from fast ground as a 2yo and has a chance of getting a bit further this season but after a spin at 5f and then a no show at Ponty (which throws plenty off track) on fastest ground encountered this one may be fitter now back on slower ground where he saw CD success in a better race last season. |

windsor off

week 2 nap...chester again for me 7.30 bossipop
if allowed to be reassessed wouldn't be eligible for this, back to 6f well drawn bounce out make all |

Don't know if anyone interested but horse i put up last week runs in the 2.35L Dance Emperor, got no run last week under 7lb claimer, proper jockey on today. When won here last year trainer said improved for better ground, we might see if that were true today as its soft.
|
|
By:
Hop i posted too late for anyone to notice, horse missed break again, don't know as yet where he finished, hope its right down the field, 5 lengths behind the last horse coming out of stalls.

Back from a few days at the seaside,we will all be shouting for Bossipop

Wrestled with one quite a bit over the last few days but it isn't really in the race I was hoping to see it in.
3:55 Salisbury Follow Intello I'm putting up the leaves from notebook to see what the judgement is like as last season they cost me a wee bit. Famous last words none slipped through this turf season yet. ![]() I actually thought the Nicholls brigade had a decent chance with theirs in the race but pretty weak out to 8/1 in mkt. So it's down to saturday again for me and we still have 4 darts to throw this week. |
|
By:
My thoughts for FI were a 4UP hcp and an ease in grade. The trip, track and ground are probably fine.

Couple I’ve liked that have flown by, the most irritating was Alfaatik in first at York, saw Gosden and Haggis best record at York, didn’t fancy fav and Trusty confirm my suspicions, new CrowleylikesYork, talking nonsense on forum,my undoing,so on we go.

By:
Was tempted to put up Quinto in 7.25 Newton Abbot, but to dicey ,so I wait till tomorrow.

By:
Follow Intello well left today never involved.

By:
Morning Lads, hope we are in fine fettle.
![]() Put up One Master 3.00 York, has fair chance. Other I considered was Gin Palace in 2.40 Sandown GL. |
