halcyon days was today's pick of the bunch, winning 8/1 on Sulafaat. Careful how you pronounce that! It hitched him up six to ninth.

A 6/4 that put general custer three higher in fifth

and an odds-on that left MOB standing in 14th

were the day's other scores.
