- All selections must be posted by the official start time of the first race of the day (1-hour rule still applies)
- No duplicate selections allowed
- No reserves or unnamed horses allowed
- No 'Rest Day' allowance: those who don't post will automatically lose a point
- Once posted, a selection may only be changed if it becomes a non-runner, as long as the above rules are still met

First race is: 1.30 Nottingham

Just the two strikes. bluenose7 barged into the places at fifth after the 6/1 New Show shifted him up a couple.

And one of my runners, Wonder Boy, was up a couple to seventh with Harbour Breeze at 4/1.

Okay lads and lasses, this is it: last chance to make a difference.
