A "planned" inspection suggests a meeting COULD be called off, not that it has been or will be.Think you are flogging a dead hoss, if you'll pardon the expression. Anybody would think you are playing for millions Norfolk!!

Considering there are 120 plus of us, (well, 120 plus usernames), competing in the 4 divisions of the Naps competition each month, I for one, can do without people taking the pi$$ by putting selections up at meetings where there is knowingly, an inspection planned!
A rule should be brought in to prevent this practice!
All people have to do is wait until the result of the inspection is known!

The simplest solution would be to treat selections at meetings that are abandoned as 'losers' and to compensate increase the number of allowed non posting days during winter months from 5 to say 7.
