Màkant Izichi has won Division 1 with a bit in hand it's fair to say. She didn't even make a selection today and has won the title comfortably. It was an impressive tipping performance throughout the month coupled with using her quota of 'No Selections' that did it. Hearty congratulations are due and I'd like to see you give them a real run for their money in the Prem next month!
Hilly was the success story of the day from another angle though because he copped the best price of the day (11/2) and stole the last promotion place from the unfortunate NEW GOLD DREAM.
dukeofpuke with an 11/4 chance and majorupshotbagley with a 5/2 winner (backed in from 5/1) made good efforts to get among the places but it wasn't to be.
Poppydog, who has been very consistent all month, finished in second place and tipped a 5/4 shot today. Commiserations Poppydog on just missing out on the title.
A hard luck story to relate: Skinto would have survived if his 14/1 second placed nag had won.
