A great day for Trusty, scoring 17/2 on Squats  to soar 20 places to eighth. Okay mr t, thats the squats done, time for some press-ups! Cool

In other news, we have Màkant Izichi up six to seventh with a 9/4, Grin postpaul up one to 14th with a 5/4, Happy  and odds-ons putting old applejack up a couple to sixth and Grok also up two to ninth.
