Everyone trying to overthrow Lampus who was the narrow winner of April's competition.
Some nice returns over the last few days. Firstly on Saturday we had qqking taking the honours with a 40p share of Ascot's £149.40 dividend for a return of £59.76, whilst over at Haydock Lampus got a £1.20 share of their £41.50 dividend for a return of £49.80. So it is all change on the leaderboard

In the words of Victor Meldrew "I do not believe it" No, not at the return from Ayr but the fact I was out from early in the morning and did not get back home until after the 1st race at Ayr! But who knows, perhaps I might have changed my selections in the 1st race to include the 1/6 shot if I had been back in time. Anyway a couple of returns today; qqking got a nice return of £39.65 from his 26p share of Nottingham's £152.50 dividend to move into 2nd place in this month's table, but it is Aquarius who takes the honours with a 52p share of Ayr's £1,581.90 dividend for a return of £822.59, certainly the largest return since I have been running this competition.
Current scoreboard: Aquarius £1,053.06 qqking £180.99 Lampus £176.69 Posy £83.28

Another 4 figure Ayr placepot dividend today but it was too difficult for today's players so it is Lampus who ends up with today's only return with a £16.05 return from a 30p share of Warwick's £53.50 dividend, to move him back to 2nd place this month

Posy is the only success today as he gets his 4th return in a row with a £1.60 share of Wolverhampton's £11.10 dividend producing a return of £17.76. This is I think without doubt the most productive month ever with both qqking and Posy having 10 daily returns each, whilst Lampus had 9. Aquarius only managed 6 but that included 3 returns in three figures, so he ends up a convincing victor this month ( it won't last).
So the final table is as follows: Aquarius £1,235.46 qqking £271.84 Lampus £192.74 Posy £148.58
