Oh dear when I do have the table, I've a terrible story to tell 
Is it about the guy who picked a 25/1 shot to try to get promotion, but it was backed down to 16/1 by his legion of followers, thus making him a victim of his own success. No ..... thought not...

So no change at the top, with just one winner, though it was a stonking winner. Winkaw earned a humungous 16/1 on Suggestion. Sadly, that wasn't enough to get him into the box, though the 25/1 he reckoned he should have got would have done. Instead he moved up just nine places to eighth. Well done winky, and hard luck.
But that hard luck tale is compounded in the case of Grok, because after picking a non-runner he too went for Suggestion. At 16/1 he still wouldn't quite have made it by my calculation, but it would have been excruciatingly close. Sadly, Groky had forgotten to check the other selections so didn't spot winkers had already got in there. Oh dear!
So big congratulations to the five who rise above us, especially DeSSieReborn, with that 28/1 humdinger mid-month (plus other winners including a 12/1 and 8/1). Super napping. Ricky Santini put in a great performance too with a 25/1 and 6/1 among his haul. 
josh monk's great achievement was four great winners on the bounce at 14/1, 9/1, 5/1 and 7/1. 
Baz_Man didn't half do bad either with just three winners - 20/1, 12/1 and 13/2. Red Bloom's winners were not so spectacular, but more regular.
Not bad eh? One at nearly £40, two over £20 and one over £10. A great month methinks. unless you were banking on the small is beautiful technique. Top strike rate came from la mallatiere, who just missed out on promotion with a 48% rate. And deadbrain59 and madrigal were in the 40s too but ended about £10 off the mark. Hard luck guys.

A good month indeed and today almost made it worthwhile getting up and studying at 5.30 am.......
