So great to see so many old faces return to the fold.   And one of them got off to a cracking start. Monte Christo went for Caulfields Venture  and earned a humping 7/1 to lead the flock on day one. Splendid way to start!

A couple descended from on high are next up: elvissss earning 11/4   and deadbrain59 notching an odds-on. The sane odds-on leaves SOULDANCER and newbie The Phantom in the winners enclosure too.
