Have recently changed to Windows 10 they originally said this was the problem. Anybody had the same experience?

KM maybe W10 is at fault, but it isn't as if the guys that run this forum (not BF but some outside bunch of losers) havent had plenty of notice. They could have joined the W10 insider prog ages before it was launched to work out how to deal with it. Why Betfair pay these people to run such rubbish is beyond me.

Anyway, please take a note of the email address ... would have meant your winning nap would have counted

Well what a farce, I`ve had trouble for over 3 weeks now, different pcs different windows, firewalls etc. Load of tripe.

Betfair, you have never shown any support with the naps comp, even when asked. I take it the forum means little to you.

It`s taken me 30 mins to post this and still not right. Looks like unless a change somewhere the future looks bleak.
I remember all too well how enthusiastic I was about Betfair in days gone by, simply being a part of it felt good, no longer.

As it happens the only two people who I know who have told me they have downloaded it found that it crashed their computers completely. One got it back by using her tablet to get instructions to get Windows 7 back. The other had to get in touch with Microsoft to retrieve whichever version he was on ( Having invited him to download the thing they eventually told him his computer was incompatible with Windows 10. ) I am a complete technophobe. I might just be able to download it but if I suffered the same consequences I would be stuck until I could get outside help.
