Off we go into 2016 with a fair few winners, though nothing spectacular. Ickle Paddy and Zipper lead the way with Singlefarmpayment  at 9/2 and travelling man banged in  yet another mouthful, Seeyouatmidnight at 7/2.

hong kong fooey scored 11/4, lead on and poppydog bagged 2/1, madhatter makes an early strike at 15/8, while new boy marko69 and the returned dukeofpuke put some odds-on pennies in their banks.

Welcome to one and all. Great to see some old faces back in the fold and  some new faces having a go. Hope you enjoy the trip.

Just a couple of things. I'm a little confused at the moment as to whether five or six will be going up this month. I'm sure all will be revealed ere long.

Also could posters please try to put their naps on a separate line with no trailing dots thus:
