A non-runner turned out to be a stroke of great fortune for tictacman1 today. He picked a replacement, Lady Lydia,  and the good lady had the grace to flash home first at a scrumptious 11/1. Cool Bottom of the heap no more, our hero shot up 21 places to 13th. That's what I call a great escape.

halcyon days picked a big one too. He does that now and again. Today's was Katkeau  at a stout 6/1 that propelled him seven places up to second.  Grin

Unfortunately, our only other winner was foxy, doing a great job of staying in the transportation zone with a 9/4 to nip up one to fourth. Happy
