Quite a burst of activity today, led by two 7/1 winners. Sowerby Boy, who's been plotting a steady course upwards through the month, struck with Above N Beyond.  That only lifted him one place, but it was to second, a mere six squidlies or so off our leader. And N-east Correspondent, no mean napster when the wind's in his sails, gets back to winning ways with Inn The Bull,  lifting him eight to just under half-way. Shewpah!

xmoneyx was in the right timezone today with his pin as shiny as ever, and Monbeg River  delivered at 9/2 to keep that small but perfectly-formed lead at the top of affairs.

Three 7/4 winners: Fidway with his fifth in the last seven boosting his bank but staying glued to fourth, Billposter nipping up three to sit under him in fifth, and posy gaining five to slip into the top half.

And finally, madhatter earned a handy 9/4 to edge a couple of places further out of the pit.
