Could you clarify something for me? If I selected a horse for a race in the future ie. Brazen Beau - 3.45 Newmarket Saturday and it was not declared to run, would it be classed as a non runner (0) or invalid selection (-1)? I've seen both applied over the years depending on the settler and I'm not sure if there's a set ruling.
My reason for asking is that I'm away, possibly for a few days next week and for Goodwood at the end of the month. I could feasibly pick for Goodwood each day ahead of time, but won't know the 5 day decs for the latter part of the week but obviously will know the entries for some of the big races.

pumphol strikes again, following yesterday's 16/1 with a very nifty 13/2 to give himself a solid lead. undecided shifts up three to third with a 4/1, poppydog goes as fast as his paws will take him up nine to 12th on 11/4, MOB bags 11/8 to move a couple away from the drop zone, followed by eccentric, up five on a 7/4.
