But Robin's Pearl at a flippinhewj 8/1 is not enough to wrest back pole position. So our hero still sits in second, about nine squidliess off our imperious leader.

SkintofGreatYarmouth did his promo ambitions no harm with 11/4 on Sedgemoor Express, slightly knocked by an R4, to nip up three to fifth.

Lower down hoof hearted bagged 3/1 on Dutch Descent to rise seven to 15th,

never give up was up five to 18th with 11/4 on Resonant,

and ardgirl gained a couple to 19th with an odds-on. I got an odds-on too, all of 30p after another R4, so the less said about that the better!
