We have actually got 6 statues of penguins on the sea front promenade at Redcar I had always wondered why penguins? now I know.

Salmon we have just built a vertical pier at Redcar, you go to the top and look at the steel works.

The penguins first migrated there in 1776 and over a number of years fully integrated into society. Many travelled south
in the search for work, hence a large penguin community in Sheffield from the 50`s onwards. |

Very good Shane.
Is that the old ICI works ? Was a terrible eyesore when I went 10 or 12 years ago. At that time they actually had two lap-dancing clubs on the High St. |

Salmon, I still work on the ICI site now called Wilton International as ICI are no longer.
Most of the plants have been knocked down so only about 25% left from 12 years ago. The good news is there still remains a lap dancing club on the high street ![]() Not that I have ever been. |
