Okay, that's it, stop the contest. I'm wrapping up barstool's championship trophy and sending it special delivery. This man ain't gonna stop anytime soon. Loyalty it was that earned him a grandiose 10/1 today, pushing him well over the £40 mark. He might as well take the rest of the month off! This has all come about in an 11-day spell of terrific napping, including a 16/1 and 12/1 besides today's monster. Eleven days, eight winners. Now that's what I call uber napping!

Now to the rest of the division scraps: today they included a couple of very nice winners.

sonofshinner, who is a far better judge of horses than his position propping up the division would suggest, finally broke a 19-day drought with Broadway Symphony at a very symphonic 13/2 to soar 11 places out of the pit. Still a way to go, but at least there's hope!

Polo Minx has had a poor spell recently in her quest to get upstairs, but maybe that's at an end with today's 4/1 win on If In Doubt, which puts her up eight to seventh.

hoof hearted bagged 11/4 on Royal Regatta to head five north to 16th, while back down in the boondocks motseel remained mired with just an odds-on winner.

Nuthink else to report, so best of luck to the Sunday shoppers.

* apologies by the way for the 0th against some entries. It should read lost. It's a problemette caused by the Racing Post taking an age and a day sometimes to update its result tab. I should spot them and change them ... or wait ... but I'm an impatient soul!
