We have a new leader! murton99 bagged his second on the bounce, Coursing at a plumpatious 13/2, to speed 12 places north to the very summit. Nice work mr m.

Another whose pin landed on the beast was veteran napster angeleyz, making a decisive move 25 spots out of the awful darkness to the top half. Let's hope that's our angel got her mojo back!

Also sauntering into the places was our resident electrician, 11kv, up seven to fifth on a 5/2 strike. And advancing strongly were madhatter, up seven to 10th, and and hoof hearted, up eight to 11th, with the 11/4 Pearl Nation.

Back down in the depths lmlac did himself a big favour with Ortac Rock at a scrumptious 9/2 after a long barren spell. Up 12 he stormed to 28th.

Odds-on hits by halcyon days and amicus round off the day's winners.

As for the unfortunate rest, their fate can be summed up by the seven who went for naps in the last race of the day. None even placed.

dickie, you don't have to post a selection. You get five 'rest days' a month, when there is no deduction if you don't post. After that, you lose a point every day you don't post a selection (except Sundays).
