Shane, as a newbie to the pins, is there a strategy for the type of selection ? A winner at any price, a short price (odds against) a good EW, a long shot EW or is it left to the individual ?

It`s entirely down to you Andrew.
All i do is look from Monday onwards for something i feel will bring the team some points. I don`t go too high for obvious reasons. Always remember it`s a team game so don`t beat yourself up if you draw a blank say for the first 3/4 weeks, it happens. |

Just enjoy Andrew after all its only a bit of fun and not something to be taken seriously . Some e/w bets can be good idea as at least it gets the team some points if your have a near miss.

OK thanks Shane and China, EW it is then, unless I feel extremely confident about a 3/1 selection, but that only happens once every pancake day

Just enjoy the competition guys. I've been with the Pins longer than I care to remember and we've always been very supportive and have a bit of fun on the way, win or lose.
Had a cracking afternoon at the King Power Stadium (hope none of you are Man Utd fans) - the place was absolutely rocking by the end. Only dampened slightly by Spurs managing to lose at home to WBA. |

I think someone posted 260 shane.
I just need to convince my seven year old that its not like that every week. He's seen a total of eight matches so far at the King Power, six wins including a 6-1 and two 5-3s and two draws (Arsenal and Everton). Just hope the run continues with Burnley on Saturday week. |
