Please see the New Competition Rules thread started by Shanelee for a change to start in April.

Basically the LRF is being ditched and replaced by 5 grace days each month, where up to 5 days per month of non posting a selection will qualify as a NR. More than 5 non selections will lose a point for each day. Sundays excepted.
