New day, new leader. This time the ever-aspiring SlippyBlue with 7/4 on Dubawi Light, second straight winner. The same horse pushed Red Bloom up four places into fifth.

MALTWHIX hangs on in second courtesy of an odds-on shot, which also moved ad hoc shouldve won a national behind him in third. I say "an" odds-on shot, but this one wasn't half popular - 26 div comp napsters went for it! Good job it won!

Pressing the leading group is khyber kim with today's top score of 3/1 on Light The City, which puts him up eight to sixth.

Well done too to tangerine for getting off the mark with an 11/4 strike.

Don't look any lower - it's very, very grey!
