tm/kc I'd say no because the horse did actually go 'off' but, as STW said, then "dug his toes in". ie it came under starters orders and raced before not racing. Certainly none of the results sites list it as an NR or withdrawal

and I speak as wun who would happily put a gun to its head after it cost me again yesterday!

I was joking about Bury Parade. if something comes under starters orders uner jumps I can see no reason why it should be a n/r. I suppose on the flat faulty stalls might be a good reason for taking one out of the market.
