Bit of a bombshell today, but from the lower reaches where atk1304 has been lurking. The napster put all that in the past with Pull The Pin,  which came home at an explosive 12/1. atk -  born in 1304 but doesn't look a day over 200 -  zoomed 17 places to the top half of the table and almost a profit for the month. Heck, another one like that Saturday and atk could be home and hosed!

Another nice winner from sing when ur winning, Portway Flyer  at 6/1, shot him up eight places to 12th. He'll need something like a 10/1 shot to go up.

nellie1970 - born in 1970 but doesn't look a day over 200: no, that can't be right, sorry 20! - grabbed a 4/1 winner and a three-spot jump to 11th that revived hopes of a return to the big time. And sitting in that little group is MOB with his sixth winner on the trot, but 11/8 wasn't enough to stop him slipping a notch.

Up at the top sixtwosix added a handy 15/8 to his total to keep a tight grip on second place while pumphol took 11/10 to strengthen his fourth-place case for promotion, and SilverBuck1 nipped up two places to the fifth slot with an 11/8 winner.

And then there's dukeofpuke ...

So that's  the end of the afternoon shift and one more small but possibly significant winner - SilverBuck1 rides home with AP to hold onto fifth place, in the process helping to push pumphol out of the places. Will the buck hold on? There's just three selections to come this evening and only one of them looks like threatening him - Red Bloom on Galician  in the 8.20.
