There is a bit of a problem tbh with the Premiership. I was never one to nap 20-1 shots anyway as that was never the way I backed. But I started going shorter and shorter when I got to the top because it had taken me 4 years and I didn't want to go straight back down again. Some people are worse than me these days as petemac,my fan, will testify.

In all fairness Zipper Salmon has had a profitable run for the last 2 months and is right in saying he has made his way to the premiership starting at the bottom, so is deserving of respect.
One day though he just might get caught out with his cautious Strategy and then it would be interesting viewing Salmon Napping in Div 1 with the rats nipping at his ankles.Wink

Salmon /petemac ...so whats the big deal  staying in the Prem when you are not hitting the  back of the net and making any REAL cash  with your silly short price favs

The goalposts change for most once they reach the premiership. Most are content to just stay there, and don't have the ambition to go out and take chances to win it. But some have an eye on the annual stats too. There are the fearless ones, just that at the moment maybe not many up there. The likes of HKF and Josh Monk are few and far between though Wink

DeSSie you are spot on  not knocking the Prem .. but the naps they put up  are fav  fav  fav
i will lay any fav  and you cannot lose long term .. why they only win 33% of the time  ..since time began
David V Goliath  .. Goliath was 2/5 on .. you know the rest

That's if your cash balance can stand Long Term Zipper I tried that a few years ago and remember 9 on the belt winning against me including a 13/2 fav and a 5/1 fav so you need a strong heart and a big cash back up.
I was 4 grand up that year from my betting and it soon disappeared when I started Laying Favs (maybe I was just unlucky)

Petemac   you got me wrong re favs    .. laying a fav  in a one horse book .. you have to be spot on over say  500.. ask any bookie to bet a one horse book  with no field money  and the answer is NO
why ....long term you cannot win
but this is comp  with no money involved
