Yes I think there is that extra interest with the other divisions with the skill of avoiding relegation. this division is different as once you're near the bottom you may as well just go for biggies.

We`ll be one short in division 1 with a premier division retiree, so six promoted from division 2. Three short in division 2 with two retirees in division 1 and the extra promotion place (sixth spot). Looks like eight promoted from division 3 which is good news for those who benefit.
