warrick hunt was the day's top scorer with 3/1 Folk Melody at Newmarket.
He was bottom of the table 4 days ago but 4 successive winners and a further gain of +8 places put him safe and in a position to set his sights on the title.

I'm sure you'll all be delighted to know that today will be my final day of covering for shane.
He'll be back with you tomorrow, fully refreshed after his holiday. Hope it was a good one.

Skeggy was our original destination when I was out of work, apparently last week when we would have been staying in a caravan there was a major disaster and it was flooded out.
