A two-point rise seems a poor reward for a stonking 8/1 winner, but maybe Nijinsky hasn't too much to complain about, since it puts him firmly in fourth place and less that £7 behind the leader. The win, on Opinion at Ascot, was Nij's second in two days. Time to think D2 Nij?
With some nice winners and an overdue victory by the LRF, it was a pretty successful day. Three bagged 5/1 winners: Hector's Chance pushed eccentric up two places into the last promo spot and moved Ricky Santini nine places closer to the transportation zone at 12th, while Sand Boy took The Fruity Kiwi & his Gerbil up 13 whole places to the top half of the table.
But john.t continues to throw down the gauntlet at the top with his second winner in three days at 7/4, while pauli is beginning to look menacing again with his third winner in five days putting him three places off the gateway to heaven.
Well done all winners. Best of luck to anyone braving Sunday!

b ut I think short is the only way to go when ur in our situation shane ... unless you got one of zip's 'certs'
I had a really good run with shorties early this year, especially on the AW, since then it`s been hit and miss.
