He promised to get the whip out today to turn his failing fortunes around and he did just that, with a crack that could be heard the length and breadth of snow-covered Britain (and Ireland I would guess). Lord Of The Dance brought home 20 luvly smackeroonios for scissors, hurtling him 22 places up to fourth! Mmmmmm, why do I suspect the snipper might be napping a few shorties in the days to come? Anyway, splendid nap Mr S!
unluckyStu scored with his second winner in three days, after a seven-day drought, getting 5/1 on Irene Kennet to shoot six places north to mid-table comfort.
Up at the top duffy found his second straight winner, Limit Up at 2/1, to rise one into second.
It's good to see how spread out the rewards are this month, with no less than six above £10. This morning there were only four above that mark in all the other divs put together. 
Super stuff, lads and lasses.

SilverBuck1 found the Hidden Link to come away with 7/4 and rise three places out of the darkness ...
khyber kim and dukeofpuke had the favourite in the last come home for them, Mubtadi at 6/4. kk rose one but the duke stayed mired in the pit ...
LRF also came good for Earth To Mickey, JRAS, feastorfamnine, Weaver Fish, lagmorian and meepoor, but mostly the price was too short to force any movement.
Not bad going on a pretty rubbish day's racing. Let's hope things improve tomorrow on that front. Best of luck!

Even though it beat my nap into second i gotta say a lovely lovely tip Scissors mate 20/1 a great price i did have a long look at it myself needing a near miracle and i should have backed it after my irish dancing on Saturday night but i didn't (typical) Good luck on promotion you deserve it after that one. Brilliant my friend.
I think it would spice things up in this Div if the bottom...let's say two....were banned from entering for 3 months

I got discharged tonight after a week in the "funny farm" with diabetic complications.
I can take over from tomorrow if you send me the table over. I've got plenty of time on my hands for the next couple of weeks.

Cheers R ...and wd scissors for cutting through the pack so swiftly......This is the "danger" going into last few days of comp......would be so "easy" for me to select RELENTLESS in 4.00 to "leap" ahead of duffy
.....but how many are going to leap ahead of both of us if I opt for the short odds one
....so opting for a higher odds one today, though by the off will still be possibly too short to keep ahead of the pack!

having only spent one month previously in this division ...my first one in the comp 3 years ago approx,--
before doing the same through div 2 and div 3 (one month in each) and then reaching the top of Prem for 25 days in the month--
before a 25/1 shot beat me for the title by about £2 in final days..
i hope to do the same again ,,,
we have to have dreams ...

make it even more interesting if BOTTOM place had to RUN the Division the next month ..
Our old Squad instructor would take us out on the mountains on a cross country run and bring some birch twigs with him ...
after say a mile of running he would proceed to bash the runner who was last across the legs or buttocks with them
whoever was last then accelerated past the next last and usually a few others tooand the same happened with whoever
then dropped to last place
it was hilarious to see the back group go accelerating past the group in front who in turn then accelerated past ...
it certainly kept the legs going and the mind focused -- and led to some good times for the unit over the course
