Having gone through the 15.30 early this morning thought Mr Gardner had a massive chance considering he helped force a decent pace on his come back run 5 weeks ago, and not given a tough time of it when a spent force. He is however a non-runner, and I’m prepared to go with Frontier spirit, who made the top 4 on my list, and his massive price has tempted me to put him up as the selection.

Frontier Spirit was upped markedly in class for his latest assignment, but never really cut the mustard at Cheltenham, a track I don’t think he’s really suited to. He now drops back to a grade he is much more at home with, and the less testing conditions than Cheltenham, along with the drop to 20F should assist his chances today.
