Some nice little earners today: eight winners led by the legendary raspberrybottom, whose choice of George Guru  landed him 10/1 and a 15-place rocket to fifth. rb has been quite subdued since his return to us this month and this is just his second winner. Here's looking at a few more!

Two of our number found a nifty 7/1 winner in Chapter And Verse.  Our leader swift-tuttle now has a sizable £10 lead as we approach the half-way stage. The Fruity Kiwi and his Gerbil gained eight places to sit within a whisker of the elevation zone. 

There was some irony about the outcome of the last race at Kempton: four of our number were involved but the winner turned out to be the only one on an instruction - JRAS, who had Bussa  at 9/2 to move up a couple of slots to third.

Elsewhere:
One Shot 2 Shot yanked himself four places into the light with Treat Yourself  at 9/4 ...
MOB was up four on the 2/1 Doctor Harper  ...
khyber kim stepped up three with Marshal Zhukov,  also at 2/1 ...
Monte Christo, who was unavoidably detained today and could not in the end settle, at least lifted himself off the floor with the 13/8 Sherika.

Not an odds-on winner among them. Whoda think it?
