It's taken a while for JRAS to hit a winner, 19 days in fact, but when he finally did so today it was a stonker! Idol Deputy  steamed home at 10/1 to shoot our hero from almost bottom to almost top, 25 places to seventh. Terrific nap! It's turning into a good month for decent-priced nags. Maybe we'll bust the balls of the other divs yet again! Cool

But overall, only three winners today. Thought it was going to be worse at one point as loser after loser trailed in. It was summed up by the 1.25 at Kelso, where out intrepid napsters got 2nd, 3rd and 4th! Cry

But then the three winners romped home in the last hour, started by zipper's pick, Glenquest  at 5/2, which lifted him three places. Then came JR's piledriver and, in  the last race, that grumpy git (but not quite grumpy enough to quit napping just yet) Tightfisted scored with Werenearlyoutofit  at 10/3, giving him a five spot boost. If TF had a horse I reckon it would be named Imoutofitohnoivechangedmymindiminitnow. Just a random thought that passed thru my idle head! Laugh

Phew at last! If only fridays short head 2nd at 14/1 had come in! And If I had realised Petit Robin was running yesterday......But then this game is all ifs and buts, and thats why we love it.
