It's not often I get to mention geos1 in this comp, but then he's only hit the target four times this month. But today he hit the bullseye in magnificent fashion, picking Strike Force  at a fabulous 20/1. That meant geos's own strike force marched 19 places up the table, from flirting with eternal nothingness to sitting in the fifth promotion spot. Exceptionally well done! That just leaves one question: with just two days to go does he now go for the infamous odds-on shots to try to consolidate his grip, or continue to be a bit more adventurous? Mmmmmmm, Trusty, wot do you think?

Talking of odds-ons, BillyWhizzle only got 30p on today's winner, but still gained a place to third as the leaders flopped again!

Elsewhere:
One Shot 2 Shot had a premature Happy New Year  and collected 13/8, but still dropped a spot - all geos's fault!
khyber kim got 6/4 on Rockalong  but also fell one ...
KBGJ got 11/10 on York Glory  but managed to withstand the storm as geos whooshed by!

So as I say, a crucial two days ahead and a reminder for everyone that ON FRIDAY it's last day rules which are basically:

-No duplicates
- All posts in by the first race, which as things stand is the 12.10 at Musselburgh (but 1-hour rule still rules okay?)
- No instructions
