Well shiver me timbers, it's a whose who of past MANL champions.
Last year's winner Cully smashes home a delightful 33/1 shocker. This was exactly the sort of winner he needed to get himself back in to the race so he can defend his title.
Loose Chips put up a bold front running display to collect the goods, guaranteeing that I finish another month in the green. Unfortunately I still need a pair of binoculars to catch a sight of Pedro.

Loose Chips put up a bold front running display to collect the goods, guaranteeing that I finish another month in the green. Unfortunately I still need a pair of binoculars to catch a sight of Pedro.
Don't particularly feel that he is outstandingly well handicapped or anything, but he's a fine looking sort, and is easily the least exposed in this field, where he will be running off a mark of 108 for his handicap debut.
I don't think he quite stayed the 21f at Plumpton, but he does stay further than tomorrow's 16f, but as it's heavy, it's going to be a right slog.
His sire's progeny statistics for heavy ground runners is extraordinary: 6 winners from 19 runners. With his top jumping progeny such as Cash And Go, Much Acclaimed, Rule The World etc etc all showing they also relish deep conditions in both heavy & soft conditions. So as tomorrow will be the first time that Seedsman has raced on anything softer than good to soft, he could improve a ton.. providing he's fit after his 302 day lay off.

The 2.30 is popular,Lindsays Dream best trip is over 16f soft/heavy.The jockeys record on this one over this trip and conditions reads 2/1/1/UR.Her last race when Goldstein was driving resulted in a 2 length 3rd,this was a flat jockeys hurdle race,off a mark of 100.Runs off 103 tomorrow with Gemma taking 5lb off,imo is worth 50p e/w
