Elvisss hit the front at Ascot today as his sizzling run produced another nice 4/1 winner in Duntle to keep the title race bubbling. But top plaudits go to Earth to Mickey, who went to Ireland to find a 10/1 winner in Misty Weather, which is the one thing it wasn't today!

Hats off too to bosstipper for his happy 4/1 tip, while Tightfisted's 7/4 winner steers him clear of the zone of gloom. Was it mere coincidence that the horse in question, Ixora, broke the 19-race losing streak of RP napster Lambourn which, as the longest current RP losing streak, was TF's instruction? Mmmmmmm ...

Talking of instructions, I wonder if three of our number aren't wishing they'd left things to their surrogates today? Robin Goodfellow picked the 16/1 Prince Of Johanne at Ascot. The three who stood to benefit scored big fat zeroes with their picks! Into every life some rain must fall.  Cry
