Good luck team with your selections today, I will won`t be around till after 4.00pm today so have posted a selection already, course specalist O Crotaigh 2.10 M. Ras.
Sadly my brother passed away 5.00 am on Thursday morning at the hospice. |

Really sorry team for my no show, was at work till 1pm and then went straight out to discuss my brothers funeral arrangements forgetting I had not selected yet.I have not checked results yet but well done everybody who scored some points today.

if in future me or foxy have not selected by 10am on a saturday its fair to say we have been unable to as we go racing every saturday,so its best the team uses its wildcards.

The lack of a STALLS start left selection too far back in field.
McCAIN's tactics worked perfectly......Really annoting , as I napped ILE DE R earlier in naps comp when with I WILLIAMS, and it did look a very good horse. Clever move by McCAIN taking the horse on and winning so relatively easily! GL with remaing selections ..."guys". |

....Been a bit preoccupied with using my "system" the last 5 days, and missed the posts Only rated 1 race SO FAR today...the 1.30....and opted for top rated one...EW. Have not been rating 5 FURLONG races during last 5 days.....as bad starts can ruin a chance to win.....However, the horse appears to have a good chance on day with this race...so WHY NOT!  GL with remaining selections. The ratings ( Horses shown in rated order only) for race are below :- YORK 13:30 1,Swiss Franc 2,Verinco 3,Bedloe's Island 4,Steps 5,Magical Macey 6,El Viento 7,Judge 'n Jury 8,Irish Heartbeat 9,Gramercy ============================================ 10,Cocktail Charlie 11,Secret Witness 12,Hazelrigg 13,Doctor Parkes 14,Ancient Cross 15,Racy 16,Fitz Flyer Based on going being GOOD! |

At least the winner was in top rated ones......but not a good result for ratings on that race. 5 Furlong races are probably the hardest races to take on.......
I made a profit as LAYED ANCIENT CROSS ( main lay) and SECRET WITNESS.....and a small bet on winner..........but not a race type I like to bet on or pick a selection for team  The selection got a terrible start to race.....and could not make up that bad start. On another day it might win....but looks like GOOD TO FIRM going and another furlong is what is required.....or a rocket up its backside   !!!GL with those to go. |

Cheers guys.......it was one of races rated with system early in day, and luckily opted for the one more likely to win from the top rated ones. The 28-1 SP 3rd would have been better for team.....but was more speculative in that race.
The system has been used last 9 days, and so far profit each day.....First time used it for about 3 years, as spent a whole lot of time on analysing previous rated races results etc etc I really should select a horse for team AFTER rating all races....but usually I just do about 4 races...then rate the other races when racing is on. Hopefully my pin will strike again before end of month GL with rest of selections this week. |

Hi PDB......thought I'd better let you know that, due to personal health problems, I will be in hospital for at least 4 weeks in June ( may be admitted around the 10th June). Once out, then it might be at least another 4 weeks......possibly much longer ( major operation to under go...cnacer related..) ..... before I will be in a position to get back to being in a position to access BF etc etc.
In circumstances, it's best I resign from team and this wil enable you to hook someone to replace me. I should be available to post selections for team up to say 9th June....and will do so until you have a replacement. Really enjoyed being a RACING DEMON ........ but I'm sure you will soon find someone who would be proud to be a team member.As soon as someone is prepared to post.......I will cease posting once they say they will start posting etc. Will keep checking thread to see how you "guys" are getting on.......and hope you guys land some whoppers soon!!!! I'm busy at present tidying stuff in house that should have been binned years agao.....so I'd better crack on with that. Cheers just now.....and GL with pins. |
