Ffos Las 3.20 Shaking Hands 8/1 BETVIC nap

Rey Nacarado done me a favour last time but i think this trip on the going will just be to much for him. Shaking Hands however will relish the trip and ground and has a lovely racing weight. He should be coming to hand now as the trip to catterick wasnt for his health but he went early that day so should still be A1 for this.

Lingfield 2.30 Memphis Man 16/1 PP

Just as likely to throw in a stinker than run a good un but has thrown in three of those in a row so is due !
He is reunited with the Jockey that has won three times on him & who last rode him four runs ago when he failed to get up by a nk, wide draw of no consequence as he is always dropped to the rear, price more than fair & no surprise to see him fly home inside the final furlong.
