I`m afraid I have made what looks a bit like a unilateral decision to recruit. There has been no sign of system99 since The Comp restart. The thread has been up for 4 and a half weeks. I have tried PMing him and putting out a call on the main HR forum. I haven`t got his e-mail address and nobody said they had when I asked. In theory we should have replaced him after 2 weeks without communication but I was reluctant to change what has been a very stable team.
I have asked undecided if he has anybody waiting for a place. As I understand it the protocol is that we accept anybody who is. I don`t think he has tbh.
If not then our new member will be the dealer who is well known to shearer and quite well known to me. I knew shearer had mentioned months ago that he was close to someone who was interested in joining us. I asked him to sound out said person. As it happens that guy has decided against but shearer has a wide circle and the dealer showed interest. He did take part in The Naps Tables fairly briefly and won one division or another with a profit of £80+ so he hardly needs a recommendation from that point of view. More important from what I know of him he seems a very nice bloke.

Welcome aboard. Basically you pick one horse a week win or e/w ( settlement at industy SP ) and put it up on Team Comps thread and on here for info. Helps if you read the thread occasionally. Good luck  |

Up to you the dealer. I gave up on team orders 3 years ago as nobody took any notice. I personally do anything above 4-1 e/w but others don`t.
