Loves this place as well as 7F ....C/D form reads 2-2-1-4-3-1. He's now 5lb lower than his last winning mark which was over C/D last Aug, Franny Norton has a great association with this horse and now takes over from the apprentice who rode him recently on his seasonal bow. He also steps back to his optimum trip, and has the head gear back on. GL

having a look at this shotley mac, offerered nothing lto when coming back from a break, does anybody know why it was away for so long..........

25/1 is to big a price, horse obviously needed the run as jockey make little effort from what I have seen of the race, the horse has worn blinkers in its last 14 races so there was no obvious need to take them off for its pipe opener, being 5lb lower than its last win here  & with its usual jockey back on board its well worth an ew punt.

Now 5lb lower than last winning mark, not quite lasting home so a drop to a  distance he has won at  should help, ground no problem though any rain wont hinder his chances, never run at the track but versatile having won at four different tracks, trainer with a double yesterday & inexperienced jockey came second at the track a couple weeks back, the jockey's  10lb allowance makes the horse extremely well handicapped & very appealing at the price.
