ponty 4.00 breezelini 16/1 nap bet 365......just thought this horse looked quite well handicapped, has a good record with amy on top, poor draw, but a hold up horse so will tuck in behind naturally, power home powerfully, will need luck in running, but i will take my chance, a mark of 72 really should put up a show........

ref my nap....i wrote it was a hold up horse.....i have since watched the lto video, i would like to replace "hold up " with "paceless ".

i have since had a saver on layla jamil 13/2 , last seen winning with jamie spencer showboating before just about getting home, but looking at the video was certinally tanking along till 1f out in a 7f race, so has to be dangerous from plum draw and a drop in trip.

race is getting expensive for me, do need a result.....fingers crossed.

A customary screamer from Cully - the runner up in MANL last season - sees him back in to the green and up in to 2nd place.

St Grimothy keeps himself in the green with a fine 4/1 winner.

Hopefully this one runs.. Mischief

A progressive 5 year old whose last run saw him finish 5th in the Galway hurdle. The most impressive thing about this performance was that he fared best of the hold up horses, where as the horses who filled the 1st four place raced predominantly with the pace.
  Moreover, there has also been quite a few horses behind that have gone on to win off the same mark - Plan A, Alderwood, Action Master - which adds solidity to the form.
  The horse also only raced 2 days earlier at Galway in a novice hurdle - which he won - and he's had a nice 49 day break since, but I'm sure he'll be fit for this 26k race, and the horse doesn't seem to mind cut in the ground.

All he needs to do is jump round, and collect the trophy - Yeehaa to be honest.

An extremely risky proposition at the minute after Lto's lacklustre run over 7, where there was plenty of money for him on the morning. He now steps back up to arguably his best trip of a mile with underfoot conditions he loves, and may well come to hand this time of year. The yard aren’t in the best of form but are still picking up win's here and there, so would be foolish to rule out a good run from this fellow now contesting this race off 82.
