I will be running the comp again next year in some form or other and it would be nice for the Barons to have a full committed team, it's not fair to those of you who make the effort every week.
I've not interfered because I know Ricky has looked after the team but there are options, I can help recruit or I can find places in other teams for those who'd like to carry on, in the unfortunate event that we disband the Barons and go down to 7 teams or maybe form a new team?  |

UD, we will be trialling the following:
Our team members will either post a selection from Sunday-Friday OR, if they have not done so, will instead post in this thread that they are available to select no later than 11am on Saturdays. Anyone who hasn't tipped or indicated their availability will have a wildcard picked for them on that Saturday. All it requires then is for one of us to log in on Saturday and pick up the slack. All that person needs to do is mention in here "I have/will be posting a wildcard for (eg Quito)" so we know it's in hand. |

Guys, I humbly post with profound apologies for lack of communication. The team tippers and big meeting comp are my faves on the whole forum. To say I have been tied up time-wise would be an understatement, I have barely opened the forum pages for several months. Rather than rush a half baked selection onto the thread I have tended to ignore the comp in the hope my team mates carry the flag. Going forward, I would love to remain involved and see the Barons rise from the ashes as we have done before.

razmos, may I ask a favour, if you are in contact with foxy or jimnast, ask them if they want to take part in this knockout comp starting 10 Dec please? Muqbil, a bit dizzee, jbarnes (no not him) & Quito - I'm running an individual knockout competition after this year's team comp finishes, starts 10th Dec, it will be mostly NH but I will include AW races too, I need to know Friday latest, I'll invite others if it's not your thing |
