as Gaz changed his selection without relising his first selection was indeed running i have kept his second selection, if anyone as a problem with that please say

No problem at all with Gaz's selection. In fact I would say that you have no choice in the matter. Once a selection is changed then the second one should stand whatever the reason for it being changed, even if it was an error.
