Anyhow.. just stated on other thread of the latest big rule change. You now only have to put a NAP up when you want to, and you won't be given -1 when you choose not to.

So whether this be once a month, or 30 times a month, it's fine. Justification of this rule change is on the main thread, don't want to hark on about it again but it's important we stick to the original intention/goal of the thread.

I like your idea Ryan, I do better on days where I have time so I'll only put up then. I'm still around, I've just popped in today to make sure you are still surviving and not bored out of your skull looking at interesting horse facts! The racings crap and unpredictable in this weather and probably not worth betting untill its completely gone. When the ice melts it makes the ground seriously sticky so I'll be looking for some big prices soon! I managed to find one for tomorrow though;

I quite like the challenge of trying to find an interest everyday even when it's rubbish but understand that some cannot get to computer every day, it's why I suggested giving them the last favourite. Think this will lead to people not napping just because the racing is poor as opposed to no time. Just an opinion and will go along with consensus

I understand what you're saying Collie, but giving them a favourite is too random and pretty unfair on regular posters who have other commitments.

The big problem is actually Napping horses that we aren't even betting on, which for me has been the flat/AW NAPs I've given out. I don't think it's right that I'm Napping something that I have no financial involvement with, quite misleading to others.

I haven't got a problem with Napping every day, and people can still NAP every day if they want to, I'm sure the majority of us will be, if there is jumps on every day I'm sure I'll be Napping every day to be honest.

Just need to remember this isn't a conventional Napping competition, it's supposed to be closer to what we're actually punting on - price included.

Anyway, not arguing with what you're saying mate, just trying to justify the decision of changing the rules. I'm never going to be able to keep everyone happy, and I'm not trying to appease the majority, just trying to maintain the the goal of the thread.
