Folk 2.40 Plein Pouvoir 7/1 PP NAP

The reason why Plein Pouvoir is my NAP is as follows..

Mahhhhhhusive horse, probably one of the biggest horses in trainer. Hence why carrying top weight of 11-12 is no problem, and he is always going to be at an advantage when carrying a big weight against lower rated horses.

He mixed it with some of the best staying handicap chasers of last season on his last run, where he was a staggering 7/2 to beat the likes of Hey Big Spender, Midnight Chase, Edgbriar, Pigeon Island.. you just look at the what the horses in that race done after it, probably the best staying chase handicap of the season.

Anyway, I think he might of suffered some sort of injury as he hasn't been seen since. Always worry about the breathing of brute horses like this one, so not sure what's been going on behind the scenes. Venetia has had a few winners past few days, so hopefully they will all start firing in, she's typically slow with her horses to be fair.

Anyway, the horse travels and jumps for fun, if he's fit he can win off this mark.

This seems a bit of value. Dropped in the handicap after going first from last lto, but just loosing out. A few bad errors early on so without them shed've won. Let's hope for a bit of improvement
