Probably missed the bus yesterday, but have gone for another unexposed Nicholls horse in 1.30 Chelt running in Best Mates colours could be anything. Expect it to be in the shake up but not sure of a win.

Yes but winners were hard to come by, had Barizan and Soldatino against the field in 1st but only backed Barizan :(
But enjoyed the day, we were in a corporate marqee that included A. Stewart Big Bucks owner and many other well known faces, champagne 3 course meal, afternoon sandwiches and drink as much as you wanted. |

Just gone for -5.10 Newcastle - Sir Tantallus Hawk 5 EW............ Looked at the 4.00 and considered BRACKENMOSS....but jockey is claimer who has never won ...and fav is also trained by REVELE Y .......so I've backed both but could not select B for team as a bit too speculative re circumstance s....though it does appear to have a few factors in its' favour! GL with bets and selections today One Shot |

As PB said winners hard to find yesterday and profit built up over previous days was eroded. Had enjoyable day and highlight was reception Kauto Star got when ridden back up the course after the race. Despite the course/media trying to turn racing into a football match with scarfs/badges etc it was good to see the best NH trainer (given his resources) win and have a cracking day.
Had grand day and ate too much but hopefully back next year full of optimism again. Hope you enjoyed it PB and thanks for lift. Have gone with Knar Mardy at Uttoxeter to boost the team's score. Good luck all. One Shot |

Thanks ftg, hope to score today for the team with Diavoleria in 2.15 Newb, I expect Banjaxed Girl to make it a strong pace and try and make all but hopefully mine will finish the stronger. I think Miss Nightshade is overpriced and could make the frame in the same race.

run out throw jockey pull-up refuse to start etc etc etc Obviously the King one appears to hold good chance in this one........but odds are higher on above....as usual! Was going to put forward a horse today at FONTWELL......and trainer appears to be running a few there........However, going being IN-BETWEEN puts me off a bit.
There has to be better opportunities than today's fayre.........ETRUSCAN in 2.30 was one of em and the one I napped in 4.00. IF the going was HEAVY then ETRUSCAN may be worth a shot........as a bet anyway . GL team searching for selections! |

I didn't see the race PDB, but to be fair it's been a matter of pin sticking outsiders recently, I've lost the appetite for form study. What I will do though is look for a winner for the team, to try and top the Thieves one today, and I'll give it some effort ;)
