Time to gather up the wrecking crew, the fun begins soon
This year we are going back to all teams in one league, the basic format/rules are the same but I'll highlight the differences from last year. Duplicate selections will be allowed during the week up until 2pm on Saturdays. No duplicates within teams at any time though. The scoring will be as follows: For each monthly round, weekly winners get 9pts, runners-up 7pts, down to 1pt for 8th spot. Bonus points will now be earned on a weekly basis, so as the average weekly score per team was about 65pts when we were last all in one 2 yrs ago, teams will be able to earn 1 bonus point for each 66pts scored in any one week. For example a team scores 210pts in a week, they will receive 3 bonus points for scoring over 198 (3 x 66). For the yearly comp, monthly winners will get 8pts, runners-up 7pts, down to 1pt for 8th spot, there will be a 8pt bonus at the end of the year for the team with best profit. There will be a Champions League mini tournament at the end of the year, after the league finishes on November 27th, lasting two or three weeks (format yet to be finalised) and open to any team that completes 4 top 4 finishes in the 8 monthly rounds.
