Dull acts can win if they're head and shoulders ahead of the rest, like Leona. Rebecca's got the best singing voice, but she's not so far ahead that she doesn't need some help from her personality. Besides Leona's type of singing is incredibly exciting in itself. Rebecca's doesn't deliver the same fireworks.
