There is a buzz about poular music. Its the Buzz of the blue bottles around the maggot infested rotting corpse of Pop. Cowell is a vulture and a Hyena. With the reptilian grin of one that makes money from the gullibility of fools.

Like me.

About 1955 to circa 1995. It was good while it lasted. Pop music RIP.

The last two years have proven to Cowell that he can virtually own the top ten for the 10 week duration of the X Factor Finals, so he wants to have an even bigger slice of the action.  It's just pure greed.

Out of the top 12 best selling singles in the charts, eight acts appeared on the Sunday night X Factor show.  After the Black Eyed Peas performed this week, their latest song has jumped from a stuttering six (after four weeks in the chart) to number two.

From the early days of Robson and Jerome (or the Teletubbies, Zig and Zag!) Cowell has based his career around the power of television.  He will not be satisfied until he has destroyed the industry altogether.

Whoever said Pop Will Eat Itself was too right.  To think we thought Stock, Aitken and Waterman were the devil incarnate in the eighties.  They were amateurs compared to Cowell.
