For me, everything depends on performance. The one exception is One Direction who I feel 'are what they are' and will deliver what they have consistently done throughout the series. However, unless the other three seriously under-perform it is hard to see One Direction's performance being enough.
Cher has a mountain to climb, but despite the intense dislike of her she could produce a knock your socks off performance which will garner her grudging admiration, but probably not enough to support to win.
The upshot is that if Rebecca is brilliant, if she sparkles and if she retains the genuine warmth viewers feel for her, there could easily be a flip-flop (and this comes from someone who has always questioned whether she has the X-Factor).
Because I like her more than Matt and because winning X-F would mean so much to her, personally, I hope she wins.

pre-show though lg - i can see a sustained rebecca gamble all the way up to the start of the show on saturday.  it's already well under way.

i'd be really surprised if there was a big enough gamble to see her into the 3.0, 3.1 stage, but definitely wouldnt surprise me to see her joint 2nd fave
