Campaign to get John Cage to #1

For those who don't know, if Cowell is everything currently wrong with pop music, John Cage is everything that became wrong about serious music in the 20th century. Yet the usual clowns and charlatans seem to be getting behind a campaign to get this prat to #1 for Christmas. It was one thing for the nauseatingly sentimental Cowell to be beaten by the even more sentimental Rage Against The Machine, but if this is all "serious" musicians have to say in response to Cowell and co., then these really are desperate times.
